sat·ya·logue
səˈtyäˌlôɡ
verb and noun
“Satyalogue” is a portmanteau of Satya (Sanskrit for truth) and Logos (Greek for discourse).
Our site invites you to keep Gandhian thought alive as you explore the choices you make. We welcome questions you may have that contribute to the satyalogue — the truthtalk — that is at the heart of our collaboration.
Sense-making — through reading and writing — helps us build the road ahead.
Together we keep alive the universal uplift that is an enduring part of Gandhiji’s Sarvodaya philosophy:
As you build the road, the road builds you.
As I write the book, the book becomes me.
As you read my words, my words become free.
Thank you for helping to sustain this site by being in dialogue around
truthful (Satyagraha) and nonviolent (Ahimsa) action that conveys a sense of self-rule (Swaraj).
